What does the name mean?

We made it up, googled it, found nothing difted, then registered the name. Our friends and family for the most part hated it...so we knew we had something good going for us. Some have taken to calling us "differently gifted" or even "dimly lifted"...but whatever the case, we hope you Get difted!

What does difted do? We offer services in the areas of internet, print, photography, video, and press. We are here to take your idea(s) and make them reality through our team of difted designers, photographers, film makers and press junkies. Get difted!

Salut! I am El Clinto, founder/creative director of difted. Creativity is a love of mine, creativity with a purpose is my passion. I love interface, print and merch design, motion graphics, shooting and editing video and photography. I love to see people use their talent for a cause, it's why I'm so stoked for what difted is and can be to so many people. We have developed, launched and worked alongside some great initiatives since our inception. It's what I hope difted always prides itself on, creativity i n motion with a purpose. 

I'm a daddy to Conner Sparta and Maylee Belle and husband to the lovely Heidi Jo. We reside in Grand Rapids, MI Las Vegas, NV, but we hail from the plains of Oklahoma. I skipped out on college to tour in a band, and with the help of a late friend, learned how to use a computer and Photoshop. I did the freelance thing while on the road and when the music stopped I went full time with design. Other stuff I enjoy: vinyl toys, vinyl records, john deere tractors, bicycles, video games, Apple stuff, techy stuff, film, the 80's, sushi, Dairy Queen and In-N-Out. I can also be found here.

I have been a PHP programmer for over 9 years and have worked with hundreds of web applications using a platform based on Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP). I loves to get my groove on at least twice a week with my favorite dance called West Coast Swing. I am always interested in learning new skills and most recently have been learning how to be a good poker player.

Soon me and a friend will be traveling around the world to about 20 different countries within a year.
